Introduction

Welcome to GoldStruck LLC (“we”, “our”, “us”) operating as RRedeems.com. We are a payout service working on behalf of various gamerooms affiliated with different sweepstakes platforms. We are not affiliated with any Sweepstakes or its platforms. We simply facilitate payouts or redeems on behalf of the selected sweepstakes.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) govern your relationship with RRedeems.com and GoldStruck LLC, located at 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States.

By creating an account and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms or conditions within these Terms and Conditions, then you may NOT access the services.

Definitions

Affiliated Gamerooms means the gamerooms or game rooms that RRedeems provides services for. RRedeems is contracted to fulfill the redeems from the Sweepstakes Platforms that the gamerooms award sweepstakes entries to. RRedeems is its own legal entity which is a separate entity from the Sweepstakes platforms and game rooms.

Buy means the exchange of RRewards for a prize in the RRewards Center.

Facilitator means the business entity authorized to complete redeems. The Gamerooms were originally authorized to facilitate and complete redeems by the different sweepstakes companies, but GoldStruck LLC has been hired to be the facilitator for select gamerooms.

Free Play means any and all sweepstakes entries that were obtained using free tokens from any of our affiliated gamerooms.

Gameroom means the skill game room or skill arcade place where the sweepstakes entries are given out or distributed.

Game room means the skill game room or skill arcade place where the sweepstakes entries are given out or distributed.

Pay out means the action taken by GoldStruck LLC that involves sending the funds to the redeem requestor.

Payout means the request by the user to get paid the winnings won on a select sweepstakes.

Prize means and product or service that can be exchanged for RRewards in the RRewards Center.

Prize Drop means when a member is rewarded RRewards when the Prize Drop Meter is full according to the Prize Drop Meter Policy.

Prize Drop Meter means the meter that has to be filled in according to the Prize Drop Meter Policy.

Redeem (noun) means the request by the user to get paid the winnings won on a select sweepstakes.

Redeem (verb) means the action of the facilitator to complete the redeem request.

Redeemed means the request by the user to get paid the winnings won on a select sweepstakes has been completed. This means funds were approved and sent to the recipient address given.

Redemption means the act of redeeming.

Registered Member means any user of RRedeems.com who has registered, verified and been approved.

Registered User means any user of RRedeems.com who has registered, verified and been approved.

RRedeems.com means the website owned and operated by GoldStruck LLC.

RRewards means the point-based system in which registered approved users earn reward points for redeeming with RRedeems.com.

RRewards Center means the area of the RRedeems platform where you can participate in the exchange of RRewards for Prizes.

RRewards Program means the ability to receive RRewards based on qualifying redeems outlined in the RRewards Program Policy and the ability to exchange those RRewards for Prizes in the RRewards Center. It includes the RRewards points-based program in it’s entirety which includes these Terms and Conditions and the RRewards Program Policy.

Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and have an account created by a gameroom we are working with. We require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, including matching your account with your gameroom details.

Services

GoldStruck LLC solely provides payout services for sweepstakes winnings on behalf of various gamerooms affiliated with the selected sweepstakes platforms. We do not directly offer any products, but we may advertise third-party sites.

Users request the redemption of their winnings through our website. All such requests will be processed between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on business days. Please note that the payment information provided by you during the redemption process cannot be altered once a request is submitted. GoldStruck LLC is not responsible for any incorrect payment information provided by the user and cannot recover or redirect funds once the payment has been processed and sent to the user.

While we strive to ensure all payouts are made promptly within the stipulated time frame, there may be circumstances beyond our control which may cause delays. GoldStruck LLC will not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by such delays.

Third Party Services and User Information

We work with a variety of third-party service providers, including Simply CS LLC, to perform essential business functions and services. These third parties may have access to certain personal information necessary to perform their functions, such as payment processing, redemption fulfillment, customer service, marketing, and information verification.

These third-party services are obligated to use your personal information only in connection with the services they perform for us and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. We will not sell or lease your personal information to any third party. However, we may use aggregated and anonymized information for our marketing purposes and share such anonymized information with our marketing partners.

Winnings and Redeems

All winnings are subject to review and approval at the sole discretion of GoldStruck LLC. In the event of any dispute, discrepancy, or inconsistency regarding winnings or redemption requests, GoldStruck LLC reserves the exclusive right to make a final and binding decision. Winnings must be reviewed and approved before any redemption payout is completed. If a winning or redemption request is deemed invalid, unauthorized, or unapproved for any reason, no payout shall be issued. Additionally, GoldStruck LLC retains the right to reverse, revoke, or adjust any payout, redemption, or winnings at any time if an error, fraud, or violation of policies is identified.

Winnings obtained from Sweepstakes Platforms, including but not limited to RiverSweeps, Thunder7, Game Vault, Vegas X, Juwa, or similar platforms, must comply with all applicable rules and policies established by those platforms. The eligibility and redemption of winnings may be subject to additional terms and conditions that vary based on the Sweepstakes Platform and the affiliated gameroom. The method by which Sweepstakes Entries were obtained, whether through purchase, promotional giveaways, or other means, may also impact the terms under which winnings can be redeemed.

Eligibility for Redemption

All Sweepstakes winnings will be subject to the Redeem Rules. GoldStruck LLC reserves the right to modify, update, remove, or enforce additional conditions regarding winnings, redemptions, and eligibility as necessary to maintain compliance with applicable laws, policies, and platform agreements.

Authorization to Deduct Fees

Before a redemption request is confirmed, RRedeems will display the gross redemption amount, applicable RRedeems fees, available payment-method or network fees, and estimated net payout.

By confirming the redemption request, the member authorizes RRedeems to deduct the displayed fees from the payout.

Additional processing procedures, payment options, timing estimates, platform-specific restrictions, and operational requirements are contained in the RRedeems Redeem Rules, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Specific Additional Sweepstakes Redemption Rules

For redemptions on the Juwa Sweepstakes Platform, all original Sweepstakes Entries must be played at least once before becoming eligible for redemption. This means that if a user deposits three Sweepstakes Entries, they must play and use all three entries on the platform before submitting a redemption request. Failure to meet this requirement will result in the redemption request being denied.

For redemptions on the Game Vault Sweepstakes Platform, all original Sweepstakes Entries must be played at least once before becoming eligible for redemption. This means that if a user deposits three Sweepstakes Entries, they must play and use all three entries on the platform before submitting a redemption request. Failure to meet this requirement will result in the redemption request being denied.

RRewards Program

By participating in the RRewards Program, you agree to be bound by the RRewards Program Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. The RRewards Program Policy outlines the terms under which you can earn and use RRewards, including eligibility criteria, earning mechanisms, and any limitations or restrictions. Please review the RRewards Program Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations under the program. The RRewards Program Policy is subject to change at our discretion, and any changes will be effective upon posting an updated version on our website. Your continued participation in the RRewards Program following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised RRewards Program Policy.

RRedeems Memberships

RRedeems offers two membership levels: Standard Membership and Premium Membership.

Standard Membership

Standard Membership is the default membership level for an approved RRedeems user who does not have active Premium Membership.

Standard Members may submit eligible redemption requests in accordance with these Terms and the Redeem Rules. A mandatory Service Fee equal to 20% of the gross amount of each approved redemption request will be deducted from the payout of a Standard Member.

Standard Members using Automated Redeem will also be charged the applicable $1.00 Automation Fee in addition to the 20% Service Fee. Payment-method fees, Bitcoin network fees, and other separately disclosed fees may also apply.

Premium Membership

RRedeems Premium Membership is currently offered at the standard price of $64.99 per monthly membership period.

Premium Members are not charged:

  1. The 20% Service Fee; or

  2. The $1.00 Automation Fee.

Premium Membership does not waive Bitcoin network fees, payment-provider fees, ACH fees, or other third-party transaction fees. Any other applicable fee will be disclosed before the redemption request is confirmed.

The Premium Membership price, benefits, and billing period may be modified prospectively. Any applicable price and renewal terms will be disclosed before the member purchases or renews Premium Membership.

The Premium Membership purchase page will state whether the selected membership is a one-time monthly purchase or an automatically renewing subscription. RRedeems will not initiate recurring charges unless the member expressly authorizes recurring billing.

If recurring billing is selected, the membership will renew for additional monthly periods at the disclosed price until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not ordinarily terminate Premium Membership before the end of an already-paid membership period. Payments are nonrefundable and are not prorated except where required by law or when RRedeems determines that a duplicate, unauthorized, or erroneous charge occurred.

Discounted or Sponsored Premium Membership

An Affiliated Gameroom may enter into a separate private agreement with RRedeems to offer eligible users Premium Membership at a discounted or sponsored rate.

The applicable Affiliated Gameroom may establish its own eligibility requirements for such an offer. Eligibility, pricing, sponsorship, duration, renewal, and termination may vary between Affiliated Gamerooms.

A discounted or sponsored membership:

  1. Does not have a cash value;

  2. Cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged;

  3. Does not create an ownership interest in RRedeems;

  4. May end when the user no longer satisfies the Affiliated Gameroom’s requirements;

  5. May end if the agreement between RRedeems and the Affiliated Gameroom expires or is terminated; and

  6. Does not guarantee permanent Premium Membership.

RRedeems may receive compensation from an Affiliated Gameroom under a private agreement. The user has no ownership interest or third-party beneficiary rights under that agreement.

RRedeems may exchange account identifiers, membership decisions, eligibility information, and status confirmations with an Affiliated Gameroom when reasonably necessary to administer a discounted or sponsored Premium Membership.

Receiving discounted or sponsored Premium Membership does not automatically cancel or refund a paid Premium Membership previously purchased by the user unless RRedeems expressly confirms otherwise.

Prize Drop Meter

By participating and using the RRedeems platform, you agree to be bound by the Prize Drop Meter Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. The Prize Drop Meter is an exclusive feature available to all verified registered members of RRedeems.com. This policy outlines the functioning, contributions, and rewards associated with the Prize Drop Meter. Please review the Prize Drop Meter Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations under the program. The Prize Drop Meter Policy is subject to change at our discretion, and any changes will be effective upon posting an updated version on our website. Your continued participation in the use of the RRedeems Platform following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Prize Drop Meter Policy.

Bitcoin Conversion Rates and Third-Party Fees

Redemption amounts are calculated and recorded in United States dollars. When a member selects Bitcoin or the Bitcoin Lightning Network as the payment method, the net United States dollar payout will be converted into Bitcoin using the conversion rate made available by RRedeems’ applicable payment provider when the payment is initiated.

Bitcoin conversion rates may change rapidly. Any Bitcoin amount, conversion rate, network fee, or estimated United States dollar value displayed before processing may change between the time the redemption request is submitted, approved, converted, transmitted, and received.

RRedeems may use OpenNode, Strike, or another provider to convert or transmit a Bitcoin payment. The applicable provider may use its own exchange rate, conversion spread, network-fee calculation, routing method, or other pricing methodology. These rates and charges may vary between providers and may differ from rates displayed by public cryptocurrency markets, wallets, or exchanges.

After a Bitcoin payment is transmitted, the member’s wallet, exchange, bank, or other third-party service may impose additional charges. These may include:

  1. Bitcoin network fees;

  2. Wallet or exchange service fees;

  3. Cryptocurrency purchase or sale fees;

  4. Conversion fees;

  5. Exchange-rate spreads or markups;

  6. Withdrawal or transfer fees;

  7. Lightning Network routing fees; or

  8. Fees for converting Bitcoin into United States dollars or another currency.

These third-party fees are not charged, received, controlled, or retained by RRedeems unless expressly identified as an RRedeems fee before the redemption is confirmed.

Because of Bitcoin price movements, conversion spreads, and third-party fees, the value ultimately received by the member after converting Bitcoin into United States dollars or another currency may be less than or greater than the United States dollar value recorded when RRedeems initiated the payment.

RRedeems does not guarantee:

  1. Any particular Bitcoin-to-currency conversion rate;

  2. The future value of Bitcoin;

  3. The amount a wallet or exchange will provide after conversion;

  4. The fees charged by a wallet, exchange, payment provider, or Bitcoin network; or

  5. That a third-party wallet or exchange will support a particular Bitcoin payment method.

A Bitcoin redemption is considered paid based on the amount of Bitcoin transmitted by RRedeems or its payment provider using the applicable conversion rate at the time of processing. RRedeems will not issue an additional payment, refund, or adjustment because Bitcoin’s value later changes or because a member’s wallet, exchange, or other third party charges an additional fee.

Members are responsible for selecting a compatible wallet, reviewing their wallet or exchange’s fees, and understanding the financial and tax consequences of receiving, holding, selling, or converting Bitcoin.

 

Data Privacy

We comply with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your private information, including Social Security Numbers, is stored on a highly secured server. We reserve the right to use your information for marketing purposes.

Arbitration

You agree that all disputes between you and GoldStruck LLC (whether or not such dispute involves a third party) with regard to your relationship with us, including, without limitation, disputes related to these Terms and Conditions, your use of our services, and/or rights of privacy and/or publicity, will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration under the American Arbitration Association’s rules for arbitration of consumer-related disputes. You and GoldStruck LLC hereby expressly waive trial by jury.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court. You agree that, by entering into these Terms and Conditions, you and GoldStruck LLC are each waiving the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action, collective action, private attorney general action, or other representative proceedings of any kind.

Opt-out of Arbitration: You have the right to opt-out and not be bound by the arbitration and class action waiver provisions set forth in this section by sending written notice of your decision to opt-out to the following address: GoldStruck LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States. The notice must be sent within 30 days of registering to use our services, otherwise, you shall be bound to arbitrate disputes in accordance with the terms set forth above. If you opt-out of these arbitration provisions, GoldStruck LLC also will not be bound by them.

Automated Processing Errors and Unavailable Options

Automated Redeem is not guaranteed to be available or successful for every request. An automated request may require manual processing because of a system error, provider outage, network issue, incorrect or incompatible payment information, verification requirement, account discrepancy, transaction limit, unavailable balance, compliance review, or another processing issue.

If RRedeems must convert an Automated Redeem into a Manual Redeem:

  1. The $1.00 Automation Fee will not apply;

  2. Any Automation Fee already deducted will be removed, added back to the net payout, or otherwise credited to the member;

  3. The 20% Service Fee will continue to apply if the member is a Standard Member; and

  4. Applicable Bitcoin network, conversion, payment-provider, or other third-party fees may still apply.

Selecting Automated Redeem, Regular Bitcoin, Bitcoin Lightning, Fast Bitcoin Send, Normal Bitcoin Send, Strike, or any other displayed option does not guarantee that the selected option will remain available.

If a selection becomes unavailable, RRedeems may use another compatible provider, move the request to manual processing, place the request on hold, or require the member to select another available payment method.

RRedeems may switch between compatible payment providers without additional member approval when the underlying payment method and recipient information remain compatible. A materially different payment method will not be used unless compatible information has already been supplied or the member confirms the replacement.

Replacement options may have different fees, exchange rates, network speeds, processing times, limits, and technical requirements. All delivery and processing times are estimates only. RRedeems does not guarantee that any redemption will be completed automatically, through a particular provider, or within a particular period.

Intellectual Property

All Intellectual Property rights are the express property of their respective owners. We claim no affiliation or ownership of any intellectual property appearing on our website.

Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Procedures

GoldStruck LLC is committed to preventing the use of its services for money laundering or any illegal activity. In compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and the USA PATRIOT Act, this clause applies to all customers and transactions.

As part of our registration process and continued use process, we will commit to completing a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for each user. Customers are required to provide accurate personal identification information, including but not limited to full name, address, and government-issued ID, upon account registration. GoldStruck LLC reserves the right to verify this information and request additional documentation to confirm identity and transaction legitimacy.

All transactions are subject to monitoring for suspicious activities indicative of money laundering. In accordance with legal obligations, suspicious activities will be reported to the appropriate regulatory authorities, including the filing of Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN).

Transaction and customer identification records will be maintained for a minimum of five years, in compliance with regulatory requirements, and made available to authorities upon legitimate request.

GoldStruck LLC adheres to all applicable AML laws and regulations and will periodically review and update its compliance procedures to ensure ongoing effectiveness and legal compliance.

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge and consent to GoldStruck LLC’s AML compliance practices as described herein.

Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GOLDSTRUCK LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (i) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (ii) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; (iii) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES; AND (iv) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

You acknowledge that GoldStruck LLC only pays out winnings on behalf of the various selected sweepstakes platforms and is not in any way responsible for the operation, functionality, or any issues related to any games or other services provided by those sweepstakes platforms.  You acknowledge that GoldStruck LLC is not in any way responsible for the operation, functionality, or any issues related to any games or other services provided by any gamerooms, arcades, or other third-party platforms. If you experience any issues or have any disputes relating to any games or services provided by such platforms, you should contact the relevant platform directly.

GoldStruck LLC takes the security of user information very seriously. All user data, including personal and sensitive information like Social Security Numbers, is stored on highly secured servers that comply with GDPR standards. We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information.

However, no system can be completely secure, and there remains a risk of personal information being accessed by unauthorized individuals or systems, such as hackers. GoldStruck LLC will not be held liable for any losses, damages, claims, or other consequences directly or indirectly resulting from such security breaches. We disclaim all liability for any such breaches to the fullest extent permitted by law.

By using our services, users acknowledge that they provide their personal information at their own risk. Users are encouraged to use unique, strong passwords for their accounts and to safeguard such information.

In case of a security breach, we will take appropriate measures to address the situation in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Users should also be aware that GoldStruck LLC is not affiliated with any sweepstakes or their platforms. We act solely as a payout service on behalf of various gamerooms who were authorized to facilitate payouts by the Sweepstakes. Therefore, any issues, disputes, or liabilities arising from the use of any sweepstakes platform should be directed to the appropriate party, and GoldStruck LLC disclaims all responsibility in this regard.

Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, so please review it frequently and prior to logging in and using our site. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
