Introduction

Welcome to GoldStruck LLC (“we”, “our”, “us”) operating as RRedeems.com. We are a payout service working on behalf of various gamerooms affiliated with different sweepstakes platforms. We are not affiliated with any Sweepstakes or its platforms. We simply facilitate payouts or redeems on behalf of the selected sweepstakes.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) govern your relationship with RRedeems.com and GoldStruck LLC, located at 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States.

By creating an account and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the services.

Definitions

Facilitator means the business entity authorized to complete redeems. The Gamerooms were originally authorized to facilitate and complete redeems by the different sweepstakes companies, but GoldStruck LLC has been hired to be the facilitator for select gamerooms. 

Gameroom means the skill game room or skill arcade place where the sweepstakes entries are given out or distributed.

Pay out means the action taken by GoldStruck LLC that involves sending the funds to the redeem requestor.

Payout means the request by the user to get paid the winnings won on a select sweepstakes.

Redeem (noun) means the request by the user to get paid the winnings won on a select sweepstakes.

Redeem (verb) means the action of the facilitator to complete the redeem request.

Redeemed means the request by the user to get paid the winnings won on a select sweepstakes has been completed. This means funds were approved and sent to the recipient address given.

RRedeems.com means the website owned and operated by GoldStruck LLC.

Registered Member means any user of RRedeems.com who has registered, verified and been approved.

Registered User means any user of RRedeems.com who has registered, verified and been approved.

RRewards means the point-based system in which registered approved users earn reward points for redeeming with RRedeems.com.

RRewards Program means the RRewards points-based program in it’s entirety which includes these Terms and Conditions. RRewards will be rewarded based on how much a registered approved user redeems. 

Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and have an account created by a gameroom we are working with. We require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, including matching your account with your gameroom details.

Services

GoldStruck LLC solely provides payout services for sweepstakes winnings on behalf of various gamerooms affiliated with the selected sweepstakes platforms. We do not directly offer any products, but we may advertise third-party sites.

Users request the redemption of their winnings through our website. All such requests will be processed between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on business days. Please note that the payment information provided by you during the redemption process cannot be altered once a request is submitted. GoldStruck LLC is not responsible for any incorrect payment information provided by the user and cannot recover or redirect funds once the payment has been processed and sent to the user.

While we strive to ensure all payouts are made promptly within the stipulated time frame, there may be circumstances beyond our control which may cause delays. GoldStruck LLC will not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by such delays.

Third Party Services and User Information

We work with a variety of third-party service providers, including Simply CS LLC, to perform essential business functions and services. These third parties may have access to certain personal information necessary to perform their functions, such as payment processing, redemption fulfillment, customer service, marketing, and information verification.

These third-party services are obligated to use your personal information only in connection with the services they perform for us and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. We will not sell or lease your personal information to any third party. However, we may use aggregated and anonymized information for our marketing purposes and share such anonymized information with our marketing partners.

RRewards Program

By participating in the RRewards Program, you agree to be bound by the RRewards Program Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. The RRewards Program Policy outlines the terms under which you can earn and use RRewards, including eligibility criteria, earning mechanisms, and any limitations or restrictions. Please review the RRewards Program Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations under the program. The RRewards Program Policy is subject to change at our discretion, and any changes will be effective upon posting an updated version on our website. Your continued participation in the RRewards Program following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised RRewards Program Policy.

Data Privacy

We comply with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your private information, including Social Security Numbers, is stored on a highly secured server. We reserve the right to use your information for marketing purposes.

Arbitration

You agree that all disputes between you and GoldStruck LLC (whether or not such dispute involves a third party) with regard to your relationship with us, including, without limitation, disputes related to these Terms and Conditions, your use of our services, and/or rights of privacy and/or publicity, will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration under the American Arbitration Association’s rules for arbitration of consumer-related disputes. You and GoldStruck LLC hereby expressly waive trial by jury.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court. You agree that, by entering into these Terms and Conditions, you and GoldStruck LLC are each waiving the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action, collective action, private attorney general action, or other representative proceedings of any kind.

Opt-out of Arbitration: You have the right to opt-out and not be bound by the arbitration and class action waiver provisions set forth in this section by sending written notice of your decision to opt-out to the following address: GoldStruck LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States. The notice must be sent within 30 days of registering to use our services, otherwise, you shall be bound to arbitrate disputes in accordance with the terms set forth above. If you opt-out of these arbitration provisions, GoldStruck LLC also will not be bound by them.

Intellectual Property

All Intellectual Property rights are the express property of their respective owners. We claim no affiliation or ownership of any intellectual property appearing on our website.

Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Procedures

GoldStruck LLC is committed to preventing the use of its services for money laundering or any illegal activity. In compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and the USA PATRIOT Act, this clause applies to all customers and transactions. 

As part of our registration process and continued use process, we will commit to completing a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for each user. Customers are required to provide accurate personal identification information, including but not limited to full name, address, and government-issued ID, upon account registration. GoldStruck LLC reserves the right to verify this information and request additional documentation to confirm identity and transaction legitimacy.

All transactions are subject to monitoring for suspicious activities indicative of money laundering. In accordance with legal obligations, suspicious activities will be reported to the appropriate regulatory authorities, including the filing of Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN).

Transaction and customer identification records will be maintained for a minimum of five years, in compliance with regulatory requirements, and made available to authorities upon legitimate request.

GoldStruck LLC adheres to all applicable AML laws and regulations and will periodically review and update its compliance procedures to ensure ongoing effectiveness and legal compliance.

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge and consent to GoldStruck LLC’s AML compliance practices as described herein.

Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GOLDSTRUCK LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (i) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (ii) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; (iii) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES; AND (iv) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

You acknowledge that GoldStruck LLC only pays out winnings on behalf of the various selected sweepstakes platforms and is not in any way responsible for the operation, functionality, or any issues related to any games or other services provided by those sweepstakes platforms.  You acknowledge that GoldStruck LLC is not in any way responsible for the operation, functionality, or any issues related to any games or other services provided by any gamerooms, arcades, or other third-party platforms. If you experience any issues or have any disputes relating to any games or services provided by such platforms, you should contact the relevant platform directly.

GoldStruck LLC takes the security of user information very seriously. All user data, including personal and sensitive information like Social Security Numbers, is stored on highly secured servers that comply with GDPR standards. We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information.

However, no system can be completely secure, and there remains a risk of personal information being accessed by unauthorized individuals or systems, such as hackers. GoldStruck LLC will not be held liable for any losses, damages, claims, or other consequences directly or indirectly resulting from such security breaches. We disclaim all liability for any such breaches to the fullest extent permitted by law.

By using our services, users acknowledge that they provide their personal information at their own risk. Users are encouraged to use unique, strong passwords for their accounts and to safeguard such information.

In case of a security breach, we will take appropriate measures to address the situation in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Users should also be aware that GoldStruck LLC is not affiliated with any sweepstakes or their platforms. We act solely as a payout service on behalf of various gamerooms who were authorized to facilitate payouts by the Sweepstakes. Therefore, any issues, disputes, or liabilities arising from the use of any sweepstakes platform should be directed to the appropriate party, and GoldStruck LLC disclaims all responsibility in this regard.

Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, so please review it frequently and prior to logging in and using our site. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
