This RRewards Program Policy governs your participation in the RRewards Program, which is designed to thank our loyal customers by rewarding them for redeems with our platform. By participating in the RRewards Program, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Eligibility

The RRewards Program is open to all approved members of RRedeems.com. Membership and participation in the program are subject to approval and must comply with the terms and conditions of this policy.

Earning RRewards

  • Members earn 100 RRewards for every whole $1 redeemed on purchases through RRedeems.com. For the purpose of calculating RRewards, we round down to the nearest whole dollar. For example. if you redeem $1.99 with us, you will be rewarded 100 RRewards, NOT 200 RRewards.
  • RRewards are credited to your account upon the successful completion of a qualifying transaction.

Exchanging RRewards

  • RRewards can be exchanged for Prizes available in our rewards center catalog. The selection of Prizes is subject to change at any time without notice.
  • The number of RRewards required to exchange for a Prize will be specified for each item in the rewards center catalog.
  • All RRewards exchanges are subject to availability. Prizes may be limited in quantity and may be removed from the rewards center catalog at any time.

Limitations and Restrictions

  • RRewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
  • RRewards are non-transferable and are linked to your RRedeems.com member account.
  • In the event of any fraudulent or abusive activity related to the RRewards Program, we reserve the right to revoke any earned RRewards and terminate your participation in the program.
  • We reserve the right to revoke any earned RRewards and terminate your participation in the program for any reason at any time.
  • In the event of any cheating, fraudulent activity or abusive activity related to any contracted Gamerooms or Sweepstakes, we reserve the right to revoke any earned RRewards and terminate your participation in the program.

Changes to the RRewards Program

RRedeems.com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the RRewards Program, including any of the terms and conditions outlined in this policy, at any time and without prior notice. Changes to the policy will be posted on our website, and your continued participation in the RRewards Program following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.

Product Liability

Prize Conditions

All Prizes offered through the RRewards Program are provided “as is” with no express or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. While we strive to select high-quality and reliable products for our rewards center catalog, RRedeems.com does NOT manufacture or directly warrant the items and, therefore, cannot guarantee the performance or durability of any Prize.

Manufacturer Warranties

Some Prizes may come with a manufacturer’s warranty. In such cases, any claims related to defects or performance should be directed to the product’s manufacturer according to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty. RRedeems.com will provide, upon request, information to assist in contacting the manufacturer but is not responsible for fulfilling warranty obligations.

Liability Limitation

RRedeems.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of any Prize, including but not limited to, damages for personal injury, property damage, or economic losses, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.

Reporting Issues

Participants are encouraged to report any issues or defects with Prizes to our support team promptly upon discovery. While RRedeems.com is not responsible for repairing, replacing, or compensating for defective or damaged Prizes, we value participant feedback and will use such information to inform future Prize selections and potentially address concerns with manufacturers or suppliers.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Responsibility

Participants are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address when exchanging RRewards for Prizes in the RRewards Program. It is crucial to ensure that the address details are correct at the time of requested RRewards exchange to avoid any shipping complications.

Address Changes

Should you need to update your shipping address after a RRewards Prize Exchange has been made but before the item has been shipped, please fill out the Update Account Information form, or contact our support team immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate address changes, but cannot guarantee that such changes can be made once an order is in processing.

Liability for Shipping Incidents

RRedeems.com is not liable for any loss, damage, or shipping incidents that result from incorrect address information provided by the participant or for incidents that occur during the shipping process that are beyond our control, including but not limited to theft, damage, or loss in transit. While we strive to work with reputable shipping partners, the risk of loss for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary based on the shipping method, destination, and other factors beyond our control. RRedeems.com aims to get all shipments out within a week. Delivery Times are not guaranteed and may be subject to delays.
