Redeem Rules

General Rules

  1. All winnings must be at least $10 in order to be eligible for a redeem pay out.
  2. The maximum accumulated total amount that can be redeemed per user per day is $500.
  3. If a request for a redeem is submitted outside of redeem hours, we do our best to get to it. Otherwise, it will be sent the next business day.
  4. If your redeem does NOT remove the proper amount from your balance on the Sweepstakes Platform, it is the responsibility of the person requesting the redeem to ensure that the correct amount is available until the pay out payment is received. Contact us if your balance is not correctly reflecting the redemption amount. If that balance in full is unavailable when attempting to correct the sweepstakes balance, then the redeem request will be considered cancelled.
  5. Redeems that are not processed means that the redeem has not been completed yet and therefore has not been paid out.
  6. Any winnings that arise from (i) free sweepstakes entries, or (ii) **any free winnings or rewards issued through referral activity on any third-party Sweepstakes Platform, shall be deemed void. All sweepstakes entries must be awarded by the game room(s).

Payments & Fees

  1. It is the responsibility of the user requesting the redeem to ensure all information is listed correctly. This includes bank account numbers, crypto wallet addresses and more.
  2. ACH Bank Transfers will be sent out by GoldStruck LLC once a day to be processed. This means that all redeems that are done through ACH Bank Transfers will be batched and submitted to the bank as one total amount each day. It can take up to 5 Bank Business days to receive depending on the bank. However, we do “Same Day” Transfers so most banks will have it in the bank account within the next day. There is a 2% fee on every ACH transaction, a maximum $10 fee per transaction. Maximum of $2000 (TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS) in redeems will be paid out by this method per 7 days.
  3. Cryptocurrency pay outs will be submitted that day, unless after our redeem hours. Cryptocurrency network fees vary based on the cryptocurrency and the method it is sent. The cryptocurrency network fees are imposed on the requestor of the redeem or the person being paid out.
  4. Regular Bitcoin Payments may take approximately 1 hour after processed. Bitcoin fees are typically between $1-$8 depending on how busy the network is. This amount is taken out of your redeem. If you choose Higher Transaction Speed which is typically around 10 minutes, it will be a higher fee than the normal network fee, generally costing from $4-$15 depending on multiple factors. These fees are going to the Bitcoin Network Operators.
  5. Bitcoin Lightning Network payments are almost immediate with little to no fees after the redeem is processed. Processing times for redeems vary.
  6. Strike App Payments to Strike Usernames have no fees and are instant once processed. Multiple Transaction fee and other fees do apply, but none associated with using Strike app, itself.
  7. Gift Cards have no fees and are instantly available after processed.
  8. Additional Fees may be implemented for payouts for special situations.

Voluntary Redemption Service Options & Fees

The following optional services are offered solely as voluntary conveniences to users who submit redemption requests on RRedeems.

1. Expedited Service (Optional)
If you select the Expedited Service option and the Sweepstakes Operator is able to release your redemption within 30 minutes, a $0.50 convenience fee will be deducted from your total payout. This does NOT factor in the time it takes for you to receive it, it only takes in account for the time that it takes to process your approved redeem. It does NOT guarantee redeem approval.

Expedited processing is not guaranteed. If the redemption is not sent within 30 minutes, no expedited fee will be deducted.
Standard redemption processing generally takes up to two (2) hours.

2. Outside Business Hours Service (Optional)
If you request that a redemption be processed outside of normal Redeem Hours, a $1.00 convenience fee will be deducted from your payout only if the redemption is actually processed outside business hours.
If the Operator does NOT process the redemption outside business hours, no fee will be deducted.
It does NOT guarantee redeem approval.

3. Multiple Redeems Fee (Same Sweepstakes Platform)
If a user submits more than one redemption request from the same Sweepstakes Platform within the same calendar day, a $1.00 multi-transaction fee will be deducted from the payout of the second (and any subsequent) redemption request.
It does NOT guarantee redeem approval.

Example:
If a user redeems $15 in winnings and then submits another redemption for $20 from the same Sweepstakes Platform one hour later, the second redemption will be reduced by the $1.00 multi-transaction fee, resulting in a payout of $19, minus any other applicable voluntary service fees.

Sweepstakes Specific Rules

River Sweepstakes
For any redemptions made on the River Sweepstakes Platform, all Sweepstakes Entries submitted for redemption must have been originally obtained directly from the authorized game room(s). Any Sweepstakes Entries or winnings generated through referral activity within the River Platform shall be deemed void for redemption purposes.

Users must request the removal of any voided Referral Sweepstakes Entries from their River account before continuing to play or submitting additional Sweepstakes Entries for redemption. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in the denial of the redemption request.

Thunder7 Sweepstakes
For any redemptions made on the Thunder7 Sweepstakes Platform, all Sweepstakes Entries submitted for redemption must have been originally obtained directly from the authorized game room(s). Any Sweepstakes Entries or winnings generated through referral activity within the Thunder7 Platform shall be deemed void for redemption purposes.

Users must request the removal of any voided Referral Sweepstakes Entries from their Thunder7 account before continuing to play or submitting additional Sweepstakes Entries for redemption. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in the denial of the redemption request.

Juwa Sweepstakes
For redemptions on the Juwa Sweepstakes Platform, all original Sweepstakes Entries must be played at least once before becoming eligible for redemption. This means that if a user deposits three Sweepstakes Entries, they must play and use all three entries on the platform before submitting a redemption request. Failure to meet this requirement will result in the redemption request being denied.

Juwa Redeem Limits for Bitcoin, Bitcoin Lightning Network: Redeeming Juwa by Bitcoin or Bitcoin Lightning Network are subject to daily limits $250 per user. Users will be encouraged to use ACH or Gift Card Methods as options for additional amount in Juwa redeems per day.

Penalties for multiple redeems for the same winnings: If you redeem the same winnings multiple times, you will be imposed a $1 fee each time you duplicate the transaction for the same set of winnings. We may also deduct RRewards as a penalty for sending multiple redeems for the same redeem. Please reach out to us if you have any questions about a redeem.

Other Penalties: We reserve the right to deduct RRewards for misuse or other instances that are not listed here.
