All redeems submitted during business hours are guaranteed to be sent out by the end of the day. We aim to process all redeems within 1 hour during the redeem hours.
If you submitted a redeem outside of Redeem hours, we do our best to get to it. Otherwise, it will definitely be processed the first thing the next business day.
ACH Bank Transfers can take 1-5 bank business days depending on your bank. Typically it is there by the next day if it is a more common national bank.
